Analysis of Optimal Operation of Multi-Energy Alliance Based on Multi-Scale Dynamic Cost Equilibrium Allocation

This paper discusses the power generation characteristics between new energy and traditional energy. uses different alliance operation modes for a system led by generation. The peak-valley imbalance issue real-time load is mitigated through coordinated optimized supply wind, photovoltaic, hydro (hydropower station with pumped storage function as an example.), thermal power, aiming to peak shifting system. Moreover, from perspective of optimal allocation resources within multi-scale cost equilibrium optimization each subject’s combination, marginal contribution agents considered. A multi-energy decision-making method designed based on Shapley value method. studies combination subject distribution law dynamic its output ratio. relationship ratio subject. discrete coefficient equation values constructed verify effect model. case analysis shows that 46th scheme can realize main wind photovoltaic under premise relatively stable corresponding 0.2 0.4, respectively. research proves mechanism plays supporting role in Meanwhile, this be used basis planning, control, decisions entity alliance.
